Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your tool arrives damaged, defective, or not matching the condition specified, we provide a 100% free prepaid return label. Once received and inspected, we will promptly issue your refund or send a replacement. (Please note: While we issue refunds immediately, banks and credit card issuers typically take 3 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.)
Standard Returns (Changed Mind)
Purchased the wrong model or changed your mind? No problem. Items in their original received condition with all included accessories can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
