What types of products does Value Tools Co sell?
We sell power tools, hand tools, and accessories from top brands including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Husky, Ridgid, Ryobi, and more. Many of our items are carefully inspected open-box and overstock products offered at significant discounts.
Are open-box items in good condition?
Yes. Every open-box item is inspected before listing. We accurately describe the condition of each product, and include real photos so you know exactly what you are receiving. If an item has any cosmetic wear, it will be noted in the description.
How fast do you ship?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the package size and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and US territories.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day Peace of Mind Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of delivery or purchase. We accept returns by mail or in person at our Elk Grove storefront. Items must be in the same condition received with all original parts, manuals, and accessories. If your tool arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we provide a 100% free prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement. For full details, visit our Refund Policy page.
Can I return items in-store?
Yes! We welcome in-store returns at our physical store: 10463 Grant Line Rd Ste 119, Elk Grove, CA 95624 during regular business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Simply bring your item and your order confirmation or receipt.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 2 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund will typically appear on your statement within 3 to 10 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash (in-store), all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure checkout.
