Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.

- Clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or discrepancy.

Refunds
